🥗 Midday:

  • Eat a fiber-rich, colorful lunch.

  • Chew mindfully. No distractions.

  • Take a short walk after eating—helps digestion and blood sugar.

🌙 Evening:

  • Sip on fennel or chamomile tea before bed.

  • Lay on your left side for 10 minutes to encourage digestion flow.
