*My Oatmeal for Cortisol Control

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tsp whole milk powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 scoops Collagen Peptides Powder (https://amzn.to/41maYES)
  • 1 tbsp walnut pieces


  • Pour the oats into a bowl. 
  • If using frozen berries, put them in now. If fresh, put them in after you stir oatmeal for the 1st time. 
  • Add the whole milk powder and stir.
  • Add the boiling water. Let sit for 1 or 5 minutes, depending on the type of oats you use. 
  • Stir oatmeal.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir again.
  • Enjoy!
