✨ Your Spark Action Step This Week

This week, instead of trying to overhaul everything, pick one or two Spark Actions that meet you where you are right now. These small shifts are how we build sustainable change in midlife.

✅ Choose Your Spark:

Add 20–30g of protein to one meal each day

→ Example: Scrambled eggs and spinach for breakfast, or a salmon and lentil salad for lunch.

Walk for 10 minutes after one meal daily

→ Post-meal movement helps regulate blood sugar and supports digestion.


Strength train twice this week

→ Start simple: bodyweight squats, wall push-ups, resistance bands, or a 10-minute YouTube session.


Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water

→ Add a squeeze of lemon or a few cucumber slices to make it more enjoyable.


Create a ‘Metabolism-Smart’ plate at least once this week

→ Build your meal around protein + fiber-rich carb + healthy fat. Example: Grilled chicken, quinoa, roasted veggies, and olive oil.
